Saturday, April 20, Choosy was in Annapolis, Maryland. Choosy Kids conducted a keynote presentation for 350 attendees of the annual Arundel Child Care Connections, Inc. Month of the Young Child Conference. This year’s theme, “Get Ready, Get Fit, Get Healthy,” was a perfect message for Choosy Kids to deliver. Choosy Kids also conducted two workshops on observing and evaluating motor skills of young children. This workshop demonstrated various strategies for assessing, as well as practicing motor skills using inexpensive, home-made play props. Kudos to Debbie Langer, Thea Quible, Carol Moran and the rest of your crew for all the hard work that went into organizing this great event!
