Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. During the checkout, simply select PO as your payment method. The purchase order can be faxed to us at (304) 777-4543 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. It must include an email address for your accounts payable department, phone number, and authorized signature. Please note that access to the training and training materials will not be sent to the email provided until the purchase order has been received.
Do I need any special equipment for this training?
You will need a computer or device that is capable of logging on to the video platform, Zoom. No special equipment is required.
I placed my order and registered, now what?
Once you register and payment has posted (or a PO has been received), you will receive an email confirming your registration and a free training gift pack including materials for the training and resources for classroom and at home learning. Closer to the training date, you will receive an email reminder along with a link to participate in the training.
Will I receive a certificate for my participation?
Yes. After completing the training, you will have the chance to download and print a certificate of participation.
I can't make this training. Do you have any other virtual options?
Yes, if you are unable to attend this training check back for our next scheduled virtual training event. We also offer private virtual trainings for up to 150 participants. Simply click here to submit a request.
