Ordering with a Purchase Order

1. Select the annual plan below that best meets your needs (purchase orders are only accepted for annual plans)

2. At checkout, select “Purchase Order” as your method of payment and submit your order

3. Once we receive the purchase order, you will receive an email with the license codes for each user

4. Email the purchase order to info@choosykids.com or fax to 304-777-4543
