Print templates.

Step 2

Cut out Choosy gift templates.

Step 3

Glue Choosy’s glasses to the bag.

Step 4

Tape Choosy’s C’s and glasses to the unsweetened applesauce or fruit cup.

Step 5

Cut out Choosy’s mortarboard template. Set aside.

Step 6

Fold a piece of paper in half and cut on the fold.

Step 7

Glue the two pieces together.

Step 8

Fold the top edge of the paper over to create a lip.

Step 9

Make cuts along the lip.

Step 10

Glue the two ends together of the paper together.

Step 11

Glue the mortarboard top to the lip of the paper.

Step 12

Glue a piece of crepe paper to the top of the mortarboard.

Step 13

Roll the certificate up and tie with a ribbon.

Step 14

Place the Choosy applesauce and certificate in the Choosy gift bag.
